Welcome to MRLiveTransfers.com. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the
following terms and conditions:
Service Overview
- MRLiveTransfers.com provides live transfer leads for various industries, including Final
Expense, Medicare, Auto and Home Insurance, ACA, Health Insurance, Real Estate,
Annuities, IUL, Mortgage Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, Debt Settlement, Solar, Credit
Repair, and Long-Term Care.
- All leads transferred are opted-in customers who have filled out forms online. We do not
engage in cold calling.
Sign-Up and Payment
- Clients are required to sign up on our platform and provide valid credit card
information.
- Once onboarded, clients will receive live transfer leads. A 2-minute buffer time is
provided per call. Billing begins only if the conversation exceeds this buffer time.
- After exceeding the buffer time, the call will be marked as billed by our accounts team,
and the amount will be automatically deducted from the client's credit card.
Lead Delivery
- Once a call is billed, customer information will be submitted in a form and made
available to the client via the portal.
Fees and Billing
- There are no setup fees or monthly fees.
- Charges apply only when the conversation with the customer exceeds the 2-minute buffer
time.
Support
- Support is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our team ensures a response time of within
5 minutes for all queries.
Refunds and Replacements
- No cash refunds are provided. Clients can request replacements for non-qualified leads
by emailing replacement@mrlivetransfers.com
with the customer's full name, phone number, and the reason for the replacement.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests must be submitted within [X days] of receiving the lead.
- Clients must provide the following details for replacement: customer's full name, phone
number, and reason for the request.
- Leads will be replaced if they do not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria.
- MRLiveTransfers.com reserves the right to review and approve or deny replacement
requests based on the information provided.
Service Policy
- MRLiveTransfers.com ensures all leads are opted-in and sourced from online forms.
- Each live transfer will include a 2-minute buffer period to assess call quality. Only
conversations exceeding the buffer time will be billed.
- Clients will have access to a dedicated portal for managing leads, reviewing billed
calls, and accessing customer information.
- Our team provides timely support during business hours to address any concerns or
inquiries.
- Any disputes or issues must be reported within [X days] for resolution.
TCPA Compliance
- MRLiveTransfers.com strictly adheres to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
regulations. All leads are generated through explicit opt-in forms, ensuring compliance
with all applicable laws.
- Clients are required to comply with TCPA regulations when interacting with transferred
leads.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided during the sign-up
process.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing billed calls and raising disputes, if any, within
2 days of billing.
Limitation of Liability
- MRLiveTransfers.com is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services
beyond the amount paid for the specific lead in question.
Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate services for any client violating these terms.
Agreement to Terms
By using MRLiveTransfers.com services, you agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms
and conditions stated herein.
