Process Overview
All the customers MR Live Transfers contacts have filled out an online form requesting the product. To ensure we deliver high-quality live transfer leads to our clients, we have implemented the **MR Double Verification Process**.
Our process consists of two essential steps:
Call screeners contact the leads who have submitted the web form. They briefly provide product knowledge to the customers and, using a script, qualify them based on specific criteria. The screener asks targeted qualification questions related to the product. Once they determine that the customer meets the qualifications, the call is transferred to the verification department.
The verification department takes over the call and re-verifies the information previously gathered by the call screener. They also ask additional questions to ensure that the lead is fully qualified and ready to be transferred to the client as an exclusive live transfer lead.
